गुडग़ांव- वृद्धा दर्शन गोयल की याचिका पर ज्यूडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट अनिल कुमार की अदालत ने जेएमडी बिल्डर के प्रबंध निदेशक सुनील
बेदी को आगामी 30 नवम्बर को भादंस की धारा 420, 467, 468 व 471 में तलब किया है। पीडि़ता के अधिवक्ता यतीश कुमार गोयल से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार बुजुर्ग महिला ने अपनी याचिका में जेएमडी बिल्डर पर आरोप लगाए हैं कि जेएमडी मेगापॉलिस में 1474 वर्ग फुट की 12वीं मंजिल पर यूनिट नंबर 1214 खरीदी थी। आरोप लगाया गया है कि बिल्डर ने शिकायतकर्ता को न केवल 408 वर्ग फुट कम एरिया दिया, अपितु फर्जी कागजात तैयार कर ऑक्यूपेशन सर्टीफिकेट मिलने के बाद सभी फ्लोर्स के नंबर भी बदल दिए।
इससे बिल्डिंग की सभी यूनिटों के नंबर बदल दिए गए, जो अप्रूव्ड बिल्डिंग प्लान से मेल नहीं खाते हैं और उसके फ्लोर का नंबर भी 12वीं मंजिल की जगह 13वीं मंजिल पर कर दिया गया। अधिवक्ता का कहना है कि बिल्डर ने हरियाणा अपार्टमेंट ऑनरशिप रुल्स 1987 का खुला उल्लंघन किया है। रुल्स के अनुसार बिल्डर को मैंटीनेंस वसूलने का कोई अधिकार नहीं होता। इस मामले की शिकायत जिला प्रशासन से भी की गई थी। जिला प्रशासन ने तहसीलदार से इस मामले की जांच कराई थी और तहसीलदार ने बिल्डर पर लगाए गए आरोपों को सही पाते हुए अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रशासन को दे दी थी। अदालत अब इस मामले में 30 नवम्बर को सुनवाई करेगी।
