उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने अपने घोषणा पत्र में जनता से वादा किया था कि सरकार बनने पर प्रदेश प्रदेश के युवाओं को पक्का एवं स्थायी रोजगार दिया जाएगा लेकिन अब इससे बिल्कुल उलट किया जा रहा है। बेरोजगार युवाओं को प्राइवेट नौकरियों की तरफ धकेला जा रहा है। हरियाणा रोजगार कौशल निगम भी इसी कड़ी का हिस्सा है। उन्होंने सरकार से आग्रह किया कि कौशल रोजगार निगम को भंग कर प्रदेश के बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए पक्की भर्तियां निकाले, ताकि सरकार अपना वायदा पूरा कर सके। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा रोडवेज में पहले ही किलोमीटर स्कीम की बसों से रोडवेज की छवि धूमिल होती रही है, और किलोमीटर स्कीम जनता और विभाग के लिए हितकारी साबित नही हो पाई है। इस स्कीम का रोडवेज कर्मचारियों ने काफी विरोध भी किया था।
