श्रम न्यायालय में बैठने की कराई जाए व्यवस्था
गुडग़ांव। लेबर लॉ प्रैक्टिशनर्स एसोसिएशन का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल सोमवार को उपायुक्त से मिला और उन्हें ज्ञापन दिया। एसोसिएशन के सचिव अनिल पंवार ने बताया कि ज्ञापन में मांग की गई है कि श्रम न्यायालय में जब श्रमिकों के मामलों की सुनवाई करने के लिए जाते हैं तो उनके बैठने की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं होती, जिसके कारण उन्हें बड़ी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है और वे अपना कार्य भी सुचारु रुप से नहीं चला सकते। इसलिए श्रम न्यायालय परिसर में बैठने की व्यवस्था कराई जाए। उपायुक्त ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आश्वस्त किया है कि वे इस दिशा में शीघ्र ही कार्यवाही कराएंगे। प्रतिनिधिमंडल में एसोसिएशन के अधिवक्ता मोहनलाल, दीपक कुमार, राधेश्याम, संजीव कुमार, वीएस यादव, एसएन दहिया, सतेंद्र वर्मा, सरताज खान, जितेंद्र, मीनाक्षी आदि शामिल रहे।
