गुडग़ांव। बच्चों में बढ़ती मोबाइल की लत अभिभावकों और मनोचिकित्सकों से लेकर समाजसेवियों के बीच चिंता का विषय बनती जा रही है। पहले अभिभावक बच्चों को चुप कराने व अपना घरेलू काम निपटाने के लिए मोबाइल थमा देते थे, जो अब उनकी लत बन चुका है। अब ये बच्चे मोबाइल को छोड़ते ही नहीं हैं, जिसका असर बच्चों पर भी पड़ता दिखाई देना शुरु हो गया है।
मनोचिकित्सकों का कहना है कि मौजूदा दौर में बच्चे, किशोर और युवा वर्ग बुरी तरह से मोबाइल की लत से घिरे हैं। बच्चों की खुशी और युवाओं की जरुरत से शुरु होने वाले मोबाइल अब नशे में तब्दील होते दिखाई दे रहे हैं। उनका कहना है कि बिस्तर छोडऩे से लेकर बिस्तर पर जाने तक हाथ में मोबाइल रहता है। यदि रात में नींद खुल भी जाए तो मोबाइल पर नजर टिका लेते हैं। बच्चे स्कूल से आते हैं तो वे अपने माता-पिता व दादा-दादी का मोबाइल खोजने में लग जाते हैं। यदि उनको मोबाइल नहीं दिया जाए तो वे चीख-चिल्लाकर अपना गुस्सा जाहिर करते हैं। कभी-कभी तो ये बच्चे हिसंक व्यवहार पर भी उतारु हो जाते हैं। मनोचिकित्सकों का कहना है कि पहले बच्चों को खुश करने के लिए मोबाइल दिया जाता है। बच्चे मोबाइल में क्या देख रहे हैं, इसकी निगरानी अभिभावक नहीं रख पाते। बच्चे बिना रोक-टोक लंबे समय तक मोबाइल पर समय बिताते रहते हैं। उनका कहना है कि बच्चों के मन को बुरी चीजें अधिक आकर्षित करती हैं, जो धीरे-धीरे लत में बदल जाती हैं। रोकने पर कई बार वे हिंसक भी हो जाते हैं। मोबाइल से जानकारी प्राप्त कर कई युवा आपराधिक घटनाओं को भी अंजाम दे चुके हैं।
उनका कहना है कि मोबाइल फोन के अधिक इस्तेमाल से बच्चों के व्यवहार में भी बदलाव देखा जा रहा है। लड़कियों की तुलना में लडक़े अधिक मोबाइल देखते हैं, ऐसा मनोचिकित्सकों का कहना है। उधर समाजसेवियों का कहना है कि कोरोना काल में बच्चों में मोबाइल देखने का प्रचलन अधिक बढ़ा है। नासमझ बच्चे भी मोबाइल से चिपके दिखाई देते हैं। उनका कहना है कि कुछ बच्चों ने तो मोबाइल की लत में पडक़र स्कूल जाना तक बंद कर दिया है और अभिभावक मोबाइल की लत को छुड़वाने के लिए मनोचिकित्सकों से अपने बच्चों का उपचार कराने में भी जुटे हैं। उनका कहना है कि बच्चों को मोबाइल से जितना दूर रखा जाए, उतना ही बेहतर है।
