गुडग़ांव, गांव बिजवासन के बिजली उपभोक्ता रामवीर ने
अपने अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से पालम विहार स्थित बिजली निगम के एसडीओ को
लीगल नोटिस भिजवाया है, जिसमें आरोप लगाए गए हैं कि उसके बिजली के बिल
में 3 लाख 8 हजार 587 रुपए जोड़ दिए हैं और उससे कहा जा रहा है कि इसका
भुगतान करें। उपभोक्ता के अधिवक्ता क्षितिज मेहता से प्राप्त जानकारी के
अनुसार गांव बजघेड़ा के शीशपाल के नाम से पालम विहार क्षेत्र में एक
कनेक्शन था, जिसका बकाया बढ़ते-बढ़ते 15 लाख 42 हजार 934 रुपए हो गया था।
बिजली निगम ने वर्ष 2019 की 30 मई को बिजली का कनेक्शन काट दिया था। उनका
कहना है कि फिर इसी जगह एक नया बिजली का कनेक्शन गीता के नाम दे दिया
गया। गीता शीशपाल की पुत्रवधू है और इसके बाद उक्त धनराशि को 5 भागों में
बांटकर 3 लाख 8 हजार 587 रुपए भरने के आदेश दिए गए। जिन लोगों को ये रुपए
भरने थे, वे हैं रामवीर, राहुल, दलवीर, सुनील व ब्रह्म शामिल हैं जबकि यह
पाचों बिजली कनेक्शन उस जगह पर नहीं हैं जहां पर शीशपाल का कनेक्शन था।
अधिवक्ता का कहना है कि बिजली निगम ने मिलीभगत कर गीता पत्नी रिंकू के
नाम बिजली का कनेक्शन दिया है जोकि कानूनी रुप से नहीं दिया जा सकता था।
उन्होंने लीगल नोटिस में गुहार लगाई है कि अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों की
कार्यप्रणाली की जांच कराई जाए और बिजली निगम का जो 15 लाख 42 हजार 934
रुपए बकाया है वह बिजली निगम के उन कर्मचारियों के वेतन से काटा जाए
जिन्होंने गीता के नाम नया कनेक्शन उसी स्थान पर दे दिया है जहां पर
शीशपाल का बिजली कनेक्शन लगा हुआ था। जबकि निगम के डिफॉल्टर को उसी स्थान
पर कनेक्शन नहीं दिया जा सकता। 30 हजार 857 रुपए की धनराशि रामवीर के बिल
से वापिस की जाए। अधिवक्ता का कहना है कि लीगल नोटिस की प्रतियां बिजली
निगम के चेयरमैन, प्रबंध निदेशक, डीजीपी विजिलेंस, चीफ इंजीनियर,
सुपरीटेडिंग इंजीनियर व एग्जिक्यूटिव इंजीनियर को भी बिजली निगम के
कर्मचारियों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने के लिए भेजी गई हैं। अधिवक्ता का
कहना है कि बिजली निगम के बकाये की भरपाई किसी और से करने के लिए कहा जा
रहा है जोकि अनुचित है।
