गुरुग्राम, संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के जिलाध्यक्ष संतोख
सिंह ने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री व वितमंत्री मनोहरलाल द्वारा विधानसभा में
प्रस्तुत किए गए आम बजट पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए कहा है कि यह बजट
दिशाहीन और निराशाजनक है तथा प्रदेश को आर्थिक दिवालियापन की ओर धकेलने
वाला है। बजट में ऐसा कुछ नहीं है, जिसका लाभ सीधे रुप से आम जनता को मिल
सके। पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों की बढ़ती कीमतों को रोकने का बजट में कोई भी
प्रावधान नहीं किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि देश का किसान दिल्ली की सीमाओं
पर पिछले 100 दिनों से अधिक समय से धरने पर बैठा हुआ है। सरकार ने इन
किसानों के बारे में इस बजट में कुछ भी नहीं सोचा है। किसानों को सरकार
से उम्मीद थी कि सरकार फसलों के न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर ध्यान देगी और
कुछ घोषणा करेगी, लेकिन ऐसा हुआ नहीं। किसानों के हाथ निराशा ही लगी है।
युृवाओं और गरीब वर्ग के लिए भी बजट में कोई प्रावधान नहीं किया गया है।
इसी प्रकार गुडग़ंाव-फरीदाबाद मेट्रो के लिए भी बजट में कोई प्रावधान नहीं
है। पिछली घोषणाओं को भी पूरा नहीं किया गया है। गत वर्ष के बजट में
गुडग़ांव के सिविल अस्पताल की इमारत को तोडक़र नई इमारत बनाने की घोषणा की
गई थी। इस अस्पताल को 500 बेड का अस्पताल बनाने की घोषणा मुख्यमंत्री कई
बार कर चुके हैं, लेकिन ये घोषणाएं आज तक भी पूरी नहीं हुई हैं। उन्होंने
इस बजट को केवल आंकड़ों की बाजीगरी ही बताया है।
